After testing the mobile counselling service at different locations by various non-profits over the past 6 weeks, we’ve managed to achieve the following numbers:

The idea with this pilot is to investigate the use of a Cloud Counselling methodology to support citizens who are in need. All the mobile counsellors have been trained by RLabs who manages the operations remotely as well.
